Returns and Exchanges
How can I return an item?
We are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the UAE within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product should be returned in its original condition, with the associated packaging it arrived in and the original tag intact.
How do I know you have received my return?
We try to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving them this is not always possible during busy periods. An email will be sent once the return process has been completed.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 5 working days from when we receive your return. Once we’ve done this, we’ll authorize your payment provider to release the money back into your account. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Do I have to pay for return postage?
Unfortunately we are unable to cover any cost you may incur when returning an item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I place an order?
Firstly, browse our website, add any items you would like to purchase to your cart and checkout. At checkout you will be able to select a shipping method and add any promotional codes that are available.
Can I cancel my order?
Customers from within the UAE have a legal right to cancel within 5 days, under the Distance Selling Regulations. Although it’s legally called a ‘cancellation’ right, you’ll still receive your order and then you’ll need to return it.
Are all items on your website in stock?
If the item you would like to purchase is available on our website then this means we have the item in stock. However, due to amount of orders we receive it is not possible to eradicate all discrepancies, on very rare occasions an item may be sold out but still available to purchase, if this is the case we will inform you via email as soon as possible.
Can I come and try on the items?
All of our items are stored in a warehouse that is not open to customers. We offer a free exchange policy, if your item does not fit or you are unhappy with it, you can exchange this for a different size free of charge within 7 days of purchase.
How do I know my order was successful?
You will receive an automated email confirming your order was successful and is ready to be processed by our dispatch team. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirming your order has left our warehouse.
My order is incorrect/missing an item?
If you have received your order and you are missing one of your items or have received an incorrect item then please contact our customer service team firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please quote your order number and provide us with the name of the item so that we can look into this for you and get the error amended as quickly as possible.
My delivery hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, contact us and we will see what’s going on. Have your order details handy when you call.
What happens to my delivery times on public holidays?
Your delivery times are given in working days (Sun-Thu). Public holidays aren’t counted as working days, so you’ll need to add an extra day to your estimated delivery times.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes. Just make sure that there’s someone there who can accept the delivery for you – the couriers deliver to the address and not to the person.
Can I collect my online purchases in store?
We don’t offer this service at the moment but we aim to deliver items the same day or the very next working day.
